@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@SkyHelpTeam I called the helpline 3 weeks ago and after being on hold for an hour was assured that my reward card for referring a friend would be with me within 14 days. It’s now been 22 days. And their service was installed nearly 10 weeks ago!?

Sky Glass fitted last week. Since then, the colour has been awful, if you don't select 'vidit' it looks dull. The voice-commands have been intermittent - you have to switch it off-and-on-again to rectify.. And now the remote has died. Not the best start haha @skytv @SkyHelpTeam
