    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    Trying to watch Flight Attendant on Sky One+1 and I could quite get into it, but their “thing” is regular sudden flashbacks with a very loud sound and I jump out my skin every damn time. Playing havoc with my hr. @SkyUK Probs not the best thing to watch before bed.

    Excellent customer service and next day delivery delivery from @VodafoneGroup when @SkyUK left us without broadband for 2 weeks and refused to offer a solution. Happy family restored with temporary WiFi solution to the house.
