Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    Really trash #skybroadband again. My kids have been complaining this evening as they've been dropped out of xbox games mid-game due to crap wifi. It's not the speed or service we should expect & we still haven't received the booster promised! #poorcustomerservice @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle I have tried online luckily I have data on my mobile as my WiFi is not working at home . Online tells me that I need an engineer. On line it states you are having issues with a phone mast in my area? ? The Internet is urgently needed as we are working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to get a simple answer from Sky is painful, Logged into my account, checked my password is correct and it’s still being rejected as “invalid format” on your online help form. You didn’t need all this info when you took a payment for a new box!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been using this app for oh about 2 years now to download programmes from my sky Q box on my tv to my iPad ….. it’s the last few weeks the app keeps cutting out during downloading and you can see my WiFi in my other tweet was at full strength. It’s clear sky go has issues

    @SkyHelpTeam You kidding right? We had an engineer round just the other week and proclaimed that the issue was ‘fixed’ and to be honest it’s been worse than before he came. So who do I call when the internet goes down just past midnight? It’s just infuriating and frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not working still. My preference is set to download in HD but everything keeps ‘download failed’. I can start download in SD but I pay for HD and expect HD. With all the problems I’ve been having I’m considering binning SKY off!

    @SkyHelpTeam how can you justify charging existing customers an admin fee for re-contracting. Your guys give me all this BS about being a sky VIP customer and then try and bleed every penny you can get out of us. £20 fee for literally nothing. Disgusting behaviour.
