@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl all devices are connected fine, even the smart TV that the main sky Q box runs on is connected. The only things that won't connect to the network are the two sky Q boxes.

@jawjy @SkyHelpTeam The Sky plus app is ok for me. I’ve called through and got a sales pitch to go to Sky Q, NOT what I want. They suggest planner rebuild. Not sure I want to do…. Services, help, Sky+ Rebuild, can take 10 mins and will interrupt any recordings that are on.
