Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
