@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, is "Sky technical department" ringing Sky landlines to say customers are having problems? I got such a call just now, and have no such problems. I asked what address they hold for my account, and they said they didn't have it and hung up on me.
