    @SkyHelpTeam problems with internet access CF46 which is near Cardiff. Some sites ok others unreachable. Rebooted router and device but no difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's okay. You're doing your best. Customer service is awesome, just inconsistent connections and the fact I've had an engineer out 2x in 2 months is dramatic haha.

    After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    The day just goes from bad to worse. Wake up with a huge faceache (I won’t say migraine but it’s sinus pressure) then helping someone to stop being taken for a ride, get home and bloody @SkyUK box not working. The attitude from the Asian call centre made me put the phone down 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @foreverfutbol24 @SkyFootball @SkySports FIFA have clearly come out and said the sensors didn't go off, there was no contact with the rope cam, and it's clear in replays that the direction of the ball doesn't change at all, just a poor kick from the keeper.

    @SkySports Defending your player when it was a clear and obvious dive.That’s cheating.The issue is the VAR check given the rules however, this consistent cheating/diving in football needs to stop and be called out for what it is.If you do that in the penalty box it should be a straight red

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mil died last year the only one we didn’t have a problem with was Sky, they were great, bank, BT, Scottish power, M&S credit card were all hopeless.
