@AdamStubbz @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from #Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

@lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

Been with @SkyUK almost 9yrs and this is the first time that an engineer has spoken to me so rudely. He knocks my door and TELLS me that he's cutting me off because I'm stealing from another customer. I EXPLAIED to him I have my own account and dish. He then points to the side

Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

@skyhelpteam I have had poor WiFi coverage at my home for months, I have tried calling but as I am not vulnerable or Over 70 I can not get help. I have tried all the tips on website, It needs a booster. Can you please help?

@SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? I’ll wait.....

After 10 years definitely time to leave @SkyUK - broadband down again, and when it is working despite paying for super fast broadband it can’t even maintain a zoom call... though they still expect me to pay over £100 to get out of it despite them lying to me about what I’d get!
