@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but this response is absolutely no use at all! I’m going into a 3rd week of paying for a service I cannot use - and have tried literally hundreds of times online and by phone to try and pause my Sky Sports package which I pay you an absolute fortune for. Please help!!

Extremely disappointed by the service provided to my Mum by @SkyUK . She has been without internet or phone for over 2 weeks and her appointment has now been cancelled last minute. She is in her 70s with a disabled husband and this is an absolutely appalling service! Disgusted 😡
