No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

I’m going into a 3rd week of paying for a service I cannot use - and have tried literally hundreds of times online and by phone to try and pause my Sky Sports package which I pay you an absolute fortune for. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!
