Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? I’ll wait.....

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    @skyhelpteam I have had poor WiFi coverage at my home for months, I have tried calling but as I am not vulnerable or Over 70 I can not get help. I have tried all the tips on website, It needs a booster. Can you please help?

    Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

    @SkyHelpTeam Called the number when I got home from work. On hold for half hour. First guy could help. Transferred me. Hold for another half hour, Second guy put me through to another department that wasn't even open and I was hung up on. At what point is calling up any use to me?

    @SkyHelpTeam I work with fibre broadband I know what happening the router is not giving out the correct speeds I have had your services for over a year now and I have had a constant 66mgbs on all my devices and now 3mgbs it’s not on and not been called back I will now need to log a complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam But appreciate the response. It does however show the problem when you want to use a service but the problem could easily be elsewhere. I'm not going to get all three companies on a phone together. And ultimately it's about proving "what the device sees" not the rest of it.

    @SkyHelpTeam The call was scheduled for 18.00. It is now 2 hours and 23 minutes past that time. Not great is the understatement of the century. Your customer service is the most shocking I have ever encountered and you are losing a customer you've had since 1994. Pathetic
