    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed in your customer service today. Andrew on the phone was great, but to wait 6 days for an engineer to fit a new Sky Q box with no TV whatsoever for the family is a disgrace. I only subscribe to #skysports for the cricket and now I will miss #CWC19

    @SkyHelpTeam It's okay. You're doing your best. Customer service is awesome, just inconsistent connections and the fact I've had an engineer out 2x in 2 months is dramatic haha.

    @PaulCaddick11 @AdamStubbz @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    Really trash #skybroadband again. My kids have been complaining this evening as they've been dropped out of xbox games mid-game due to crap wifi. It's not the speed or service we should expect & we still haven't received the booster promised! #poorcustomerservice @SkyHelpTeam

    The day just goes from bad to worse. Wake up with a huge faceache (I wonโ€™t say migraine but itโ€™s sinus pressure) then helping someone to stop being taken for a ride, get home and bloody @SkyUK box not working. The attitude from the Asian call centre made me put the phone down 1/2

    Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports donโ€™t share the same view on these issues.

    @SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? Iโ€™ll wait.....

    @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

    @SkyUK please do something about the Sky Max Router. I used to get better coverage with the previous black router and now its not even reaching my upstairs bedrooms. The sky max pod is a good solution but at 8 pounds it is not pocket friendly. A long time customer

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Send an email and mark it as high priority and get receipt of opening it . Cancel she has a cooling off period. And instruct the bank not to process DD saying she was confused .

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Do take a look at the distance selling regulations under the Consumer Rights Act if needs be. There's a right to cancel within 14 days. Sky should be fully aware of this.
