With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I appreciate this what am I meant to do when one of my initial problems is I can't get through on the phones as after 20 minutes to half an hour it cuts me off , apologies for being short but this is the latest in a long line of issues with sky .

@SkyHelpTeam I have received an email from Sky advising me that "We've had to cancel your Spotify subscription. Just to let you know, in the coming weeks you'll no longer be able to pay for Spotify Premium through your Sky bill each month". Why is this happening ?
