@SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

Just found out that Sky have decided that the Cardiff Vs Swansea game isn't good enough to be televised. Unbelievable that they've not chosen that game, in a game where tickets are hard to come by it's terrible that some fans who miss out won't be able to watch it. #SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam lets us down again. We were advised to sell the TV as we were not happy with the service. It took weeks to sort and now TV has been sold my buyer is being told they can not use this TV and buy sky glass service.
