    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam This is no help at all. I need to actually speak to someone but you don’t allow me. Ultimately the process to return my old device was not followed by Sky so never happened.

Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam They cut me off after they send a text!!! So frustrating. I am calling the published customer service number!!! I have tried all suggested directives in the website I just need help from a human !!

    @_drane @SkyUK If you use your hotspot try balancing your phone near an open window It might help the phone signal get in if you’ve got coated or treated glass
