@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

@SkyHelpTeam looks like a "glitch" in the Panther warehouse has caused a delay with all #skyglass deliveries today. Panther have conveniently turned phone lines off. No one from Sky can update on why. probably a few people with same issue @MoneySavingExp

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, it has now been 24 hours since the outage in Medway. Mobile data has been slammed due to having to tether my laptop to my phone to be able to work. This is wholly unacceptable.

@SkySports Start by banning IP addresses of accounts who are abusive then if that doesn't work (which is probably won't) then bring in ID verification for all accounts that way anyone who is banned can not make a new account on a new email

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing on a timer. It’s been cutting out constantly around that time for a couple of hours for the last week. No issues in the area supposedly. This happened last year when the weather changed too. Had technicians out previously. State no fault. It’s affecting my job now
