Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

@lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

@SkyHelpTeam I had “fake” signal in many occasions and no signal at all at the gym! In regards to the broadband, we had a few hickups a while ago as well.. Who is going to compensate my husband for his work disaster? I understand a glitch but not such a disaster during the pandemic!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm getting conflicting info on my broadband issues. 'my services' page says I'm affected by London outage but 'broadband check' says no local issues and my hub can't be found. Is RG14 affected by London outage? (It's a very long way from London so I'd be surprised)
