With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply, but it’s not a signal issue - for some reason, ever since I got it, my Sky box will only record 1 program at a time. It will schedule 2 for the same day & time but will only ever record 1. I thought you could record 2, but had to be watching 1 of them?

Having to use my Sky mobile data because my Sky WiFi never works and when I’ve brought this up to @SkyHelpTeam they always say “it’s working as it should” when it really isn’t. Feel like their wifi is so bad so that we have to use up our mobile data allowance. Awful.

If we do there will be a significant financial impact for a period of time but I’m still confident there’s still ample ££ to still be passed down this so called pyramid system.
