@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had the engineer out twice. He says there's nothing to find when it's working. It's not just me. My Mum is 15 miles away, and hers does same thing. And many others, too. I never had this problem in my old house with Virgin. You see the same complaints on here every day.
