    @waxperfect @SkyHelpTeam When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    Two days now of trying to stream and two days now that my internet has completely **** the bed. Don’t know if any reason that there can be no issues for hours on end and then suddenly my internet **** the bed. I’ll be in contact with @SkyHelpTeam tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

    Really enjoyed “the Last Dance” on @netflix . I’ve never really watched basketball, so why not try out some NBA coverage? Started watching the “pre game show” on @SkySports and half an hour in, not seen any basketball highlights yet 👍 (or indeed pre-game analysis). 🥱

    @SkyHelpTeam Was looking around for 20 mins, web site account detail is poor, speaks to a lack of transparency rather than being open. Contacted chat, first response is “why do you want to know are you thinking about leaving?” Says it all....

    @SkyHelpTeam my SkyQ continually drops sound and picture scrambles every few minutes. Engineer came out and replaced box but the problem still exists, I’ve seen loads of people reporting the same problem yet no acknowledgement there is a problem...worst time for this to happen.
