@SkyHelpTeam I think you've enough info to look into it. Plenty of people telling you the same thing. Here's some more help, turn off "Connect to Sky Q Box" and stream from the Internet and it's fine. I'm not wasting my life on your phone support system. Get your dev team to be proactive.
