    @mrjlockey95 @SkyUK Client since the 90s and they wouldn’t give me the same deal as their new offers, Same with their Mobile deals. Told if you call you’ll get a better offer as an existing customer and it’s actually more than their online offers. Horrendous attitude too. 3 emails ignored too

    @SkyHelpTeam I work for a Telecoms company and I know it takes 24 hours if you expedite it. You've told me you can't expedite this because she doesn't have an emergency care line. SHE DOES. It won't work though because you've turned the PTSN off.
