    I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

    Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

    @craigreddy @SkyUK One of the boys suggested it to me, pal. Never thought of going with them but he said he’s never had a problem and signal has never dropped. Get a £70 reward voucher as well apparently!

    Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam it is not even 14 days since I joined Sky and my Q box has to be replaced. Do you think this is acceptable? I look forward to hearing how you intend to compensate me for the inconvenience and poor ‘service’.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with using the SkyGo app on iPhone? I’ve been unable to use it for a few weeks now. Doesn’t do anything when I try to watch something, just black screen with loading cog.

    @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

    @SkyHelpTeam Have yo listened to what i said I have spoken to to the team and all they say is we don't no what is wrong there is a outage in your area that's all ... no eta no nothing and seem surprised that I expect my Internet provider to know what the problem is bey I'm still charged
