    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @SkyUK broadband service is shocking!! Someone came out sorted tv out & said she could see something wrong with internet connection keeps dropping out snd rang briadbamd tech per her manager but they wont send anyone out they said yo her no problem with internet even though she..

    @waxperfect @SkyHelpTeam When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesn’t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?
