@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no Sky broadband across South Wales inc CF63 where I live since yesterday evening! All the while, you are shut with no support or updates. I should be working right now on a key deadline project and holding key online meetings from 730am. This is ridiculous.

@WeAreOpenreach you have damaged the cover on my junction box on the side of my house and now all the wires are exposed, I have been on and off the phone all day and @SkyHelpTeam have advised that it's an openreach issue if this is not fixed soon I will be logging a complaint

@SkySports I would like to make a complaint about the biased commentary on Sky Sports. Tonight Man United v Palace. Ex Man U player and Man U fan commentary. First 20 minutes they barely mention Palace happens every game we pay for an impartial service 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all of that and it’s not helped one bit. I’ve had nothing but trouble from sky broadband and called to cancel but the lines were off 15 minutes before the call center lines should close. Awful.

@Moley1985 @SkyHelpTeam Press home, go to sport, then featured, then scroll down to UHD. Be warned Sky false advertise here all the time so will often show games in UHD that aren't.
