    @SkyHelpTeam Right! my phones fully charged and plugged in.. I have a flask of coffee and sandwiches..i’ve told my family where I am in case they start looking for me in the next couple of days. So here goes..I’m going to phone Sky customer services.. pray for me...#skyhopeless

    @SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

    2/ Surprised but delighted to be told that as a long standing customer of 15 years I was classed as a VIP customer they could indeed reduce my payments. The nice lady worked her magic & advised me she could get it down to £80 @SkyHelpTeam

    5/ I know in the current climate there are more important things to worry about but clearly all that waffle about being a VIP customer is crap. In just over 3 months I’ll now be paying ££30 a month more than I was advised and damn near back to where I was @SkyHelpTeam

    Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s what your robot says local issue with connecting, but I have connection just some sites are so slow others aren’t and it would be nice to get more details but you get cut off. No way could I recommend ultrafast to anyone at this point

    @SkyHelpTeam Call don't make me laugh ! For what’s not a cheap service would be nice if it worked. Apparently there is broadband issues in my area - does this affect ultrafast can’t ask because just get hung up on by your robot

    @SkyHelpTeam I have paid a debt my mother incurred whilst she was admitted to care home. I cannot speak to anyone to cancel her package adding more stress. Your processes are poor for people who have medical emergencies and simply can’t contact you

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam keep reporting it’s down to #Openreach. Then the services comes back on for a few hours and they report it’s back on to us. Sky are told each time someone will fix it within 48 hours but it doesn’t happen. This is THREE weeks without stable broadband
