But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

Iโve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.
