@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

2/ Surprised but delighted to be told that as a long standing customer of 15 years I was classed as a VIP customer they could indeed reduce my payments. The nice lady worked her magic & advised me she could get it down to £80 @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

5/ I know in the current climate there are more important things to worry about but clearly all that waffle about being a VIP customer is crap. In just over 3 months I’ll now be paying ££30 a month more than I was advised and damn near back to where I was @SkyHelpTeam

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

How do you get someone at @SkyHelpTeam to call you? Been trying to get someone on the phone for days! Actually weeks but the past few days I’ve called, been on hold, waited, been sent down options I didn’t need, want or ask for etc! Just want to actually talk to a human!
