@SkyHelpTeam Still no Sky broadband across South Wales inc CF63 where I live since yesterday evening! All the while, you are shut with no support or updates. I should be working right now on a key deadline project and holding key online meetings from 730am. This is ridiculous.

@SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.
