    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam They cut me off after they send a text!!! So frustrating. I am calling the published customer service number!!! I have tried all suggested directives in the website I just need help from a human !!

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly ยฃ20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but canโ€™t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I donโ€™t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but donโ€™t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam Wife has been with you a day and this happens. So so poor. Sheโ€™s missed work calls, calls with the doctors and kids school. How do we go about cancelling? Still with 14 day period.

    @Tubesy81 @SkyHelpTeam Not at all , Iโ€™m happy to pay for things. But if I pay I like to get the service I pay for. One of my many phones is used by someone who works rural and could do without a failing service thatโ€™s all.
