So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

Jon (@JonJlydiatt) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it
