    @SkyHelpTeam Your desktop app for watching Sky Sports is absolutely dreadful. It’s never worked properly, not that I have to use it often but today is barely watchable. Alternates between 20 seconds of decent picture and 20 seconds of blurring.

    @virginmedia 4 month countdown to get rid of you your customer service is beyond rude. Your technical support is lacking in manners and availability. @SkyUK we are on our way back sorry for leaving biggest mistake ever. We may have saved £20 but not worth the shit service

    @KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

    Really annoyed with @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @NestUK_ today Got new BT ultra fast broadband hub installed but Sky Q and Nest can’t connect to wireless. Ongoing issue for many users and each company blames the other. Devices don’t interface in the network. HELP!

    @afneil The #BBC is a public service broadcaster. It should focus on content the profit-seeking firms like @SkySports would not give airtime to but nevertheless is of importance.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed in your customer service today. Andrew on the phone was great, but to wait 6 days for an engineer to fit a new Sky Q box with no TV whatsoever for the family is a disgrace. I only subscribe to #skysports for the cricket and now I will miss #CWC19

    Shocking service from @SkyUK - I find an offer that says ends in 7 minutes - I call the number linked and it says that department is closed. Call back before 8pm. It’s 7.52pm. Thanks sky what a pile of ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyStore I was told this back in February and I still have to purchase the DVD option when buying downloads as my daughter is deaf and requires subtitles. I’m sure I’m not the only person identifying this problem

    Apparently @Cymru (and other home nations) don't deserve to have the highlights for their most recent #EuropeanQualifiers on Sky Go, whilst only England do 🤷 @SkySports force us to buy their packages to watch it, and then can't be bothered to provide a full service.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a problem we have had for years. And everytime I ask for help, it never goes anywhere. This is a general complain about businesses struggling to make money when we haven’t got reliable internet. However I will PM you. Thanks for your response

    @ohBlessedB @SkyHelpTeam I had similar problem as well. Sky broadband just went offline. After restarting the router broadband seems to be working fine again. Solid green means a good sign. I got all four lights solid green.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning I’m unable to connect to my company VPN this morning. IT support have checked at their end and I can connect via my Mobile hotspot. They confirm the problem is Sky. Can you assist?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there yes we are it appears its signal we have intermittent signal but its been like that since it was changed to the q box we would appreciate as we have been asking a year someone to come and sort it thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam On hold for 2 hours before I had to hang up and the 24 hour response to my complaint is null and void... if I cancel my DIRECT DEBIT let's see how quick someone calls! I should as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. In other environments that would be fraud.
