@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@SkyHelpTeam App tells me I’m getting 40mb down (ookla says between 20-332). Either way although I have bandwidth some websites not losing and images on others not displaying across all devices. Have rebooted router (postcode CF63)

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@SkyHelpTeam can you advise callout costs for a TV customer (not myself) who has issues with a Q mini box dropping wireless constantly? They already have Sky extenders but being a larger house it still drops to the point of being unusable. Do you charge to run network cabling?
