Iβve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

Wait for the offers to start popping up on the MySkyApp. NEVER accept the first offer, always reject the "this is the best deal" offer eventually they will drop their pants to try and keep you.
