@SkyHelpTeam App tells me I’m getting 40mb down (ookla says between 20-332). Either way although I have bandwidth some websites not losing and images on others not displaying across all devices. Have rebooted router (postcode CF63)

@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@SkyHelpTeam Lol thanks for the response but I'm not having trouble. Just astonished Sky are still broadcasting in less than analogue PAL quality, charging for it and upselling to "better". Poor show. You could feed that up the chain but I'm sure it will stay the same.

Internet slowness in Fife, Scotland. VPN connections almost unworkable. Not sure if sky do the same as Virgin and route differently for VPN connections but causing WFH issues again. Was really good at the start of Covid but very poor over the last 3-4 months @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
