Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam … & both advisors struggled to book the openreach engineer too, the second promised he’d take ownership of my issue & scheduled me a callback for 1600hrs today whereby he said the booking system for openreach would be working again. I’m still waiting for that call. It’s now 1845

Anyone else having trouble with @SkyHelpTeam Broadband of late in Norwich area? Since a power outage last week it has been bonkers, often only lasting a few minutes before disconnecting. Box shows green throughout. Really not good enough! #customerexperience
