    @ChelseaFC I know they have gone off the boil but @SkySports a bit harsh ? 56: OFFSIDE! Alonso plays as neat one-two in and around the Wolves area with Ziyech, before striding forward into the box and thumping a **** against the bar - only for the flag to then go up for offside.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    @SkyHelpTeam looks like a "glitch" in the Panther warehouse has caused a delay with all #skyglass deliveries today. Panther have conveniently turned phone lines off. No one from Sky can update on why. probably a few people with same issue @MoneySavingExp

    @SkyUK is there a reason that I’ve had really poor signal all week? Had to restart my q box numerous times every day…I’m sure there used to be a function on the app to test connectivity but I can’t seem to find it now?

    @SkyHelpTeam Good news! It still isn’t working! Engineer came out said it’s fine, doesn’t work still, phoned sky and they said it’s broken and now have to wait until Monday. How am I supposed to work with no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues with broadband in the PO8 area? Internet has been down for 2 days, it comes on briefly for a couple of minutes then goes again. Tried online connection test but it doesn't work??

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam on the ‘Contact Us’ page of your mobile website it doesn’t actually have any contact details - just links to go back into the online help. Are you able to give me a number to call to report my internet connection being down?

    @SkyHelpTeam I can get further on mobile data so it must be something to do with Sky blocking my IP. Restarting Virgin routers do not give you a new IP so what are my next steps with Sky to investigate why this is being blocked? Other discussions on the VM forums about this issue as well.
