@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@SkyHelpTeam App tells me I’m getting 40mb down (ookla says between 20-332). Either way although I have bandwidth some websites not losing and images on others not displaying across all devices. Have rebooted router (postcode CF63)

@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports don’t share the same view on these issues.

Was thinking about moving to the new @SkyHelpTeam Stream, and then today our Sky broadband is down. Highlights the follow of relying on broadband for tv as well as streaming services. Also I won’t be getting paid until broadband is back up, hurting finances further.
