@SkyUK I keep being told I’m on the fastest broadband speed, I’m in a tiny flat and every time I stream a movie if buffers constantly. I’ve spoken to the call centre and they keep telling me it’s fine. Better improve it soon, or you’ll lose a 10 year customer, that’s if you care.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports don’t share the same view on these issues.
