@SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

BBC, C4 and C5 take priority (they are on back ups), but as Box Plus don’t have the same, they are using The Box as back up
