    @SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

    @RonsTwo My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad I have had to buy a mobile broadband package. Cannot wait until 1st June when I go to @bt_uk broadband and 900mb !!

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Right! my phones fully charged and plugged in.. I have a flask of coffee and sandwiches..i’ve told my family where I am in case they start looking for me in the next couple of days. So here goes..I’m going to phone Sky customer services.. pray for me...#skyhopeless

    @SkyHelpTeam My sky q main box is causing massive issues on my network, causing all other devices to disconnect. Doesn’t matter if it is over WiFi or Ethernet. Switch the box off it goes back to normal. The software is up to date, do I need a new box? Thanks.
