@SkyHelpTeam I raised a complaint before, they’re the folks who haven’t replied in the 48 hrs they said, nor the two weeks since. The complaints team doesn’t seem to be working properly. The help team don’t seem able to help. I bet the direct debit folks are all on track! 1/2
