@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

@SkyUK Look, the truth is that MANY OF US IN THE UK, who don't live in the uber-fast speed, uber-connected big city centre and conurbation areas have TERRIBLY BAD, UNRELIABLE, RELATIVELY SLOW internet connections. Until the gov't/Openreach upgrade THE WHOLE NATION, most will avoid Glass

@SkyUK Have had sky glass for 2 months and it is the worst decision I have made recently. Too many problems. Half channels have gone and programmes appear on play list just because TV was on that channel at time and then can't get rid of them.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I ordered the khan vs brook stream and must say i barely saw any of it due to the quality, it was blurry throughout. I tried with fibre and 5G, i’m an existing sky customer with sky sports but was out of town so purchased the stream, extremely disappointed
