@SkyUK I keep being told I’m on the fastest broadband speed, I’m in a tiny flat and every time I stream a movie if buffers constantly. I’ve spoken to the call centre and they keep telling me it’s fine. Better improve it soon, or you’ll lose a 10 year customer, that’s if you care.

Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports don’t share the same view on these issues.

@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam App tells me I’m getting 40mb down (ookla says between 20-332). Either way although I have bandwidth some websites not losing and images on others not displaying across all devices. Have rebooted router (postcode CF63)

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that but is there any info on your system that you could tell me? Multiple villages have had nothing since midday. It would be nice if we could have some info as to what is going on. That’s not unreasonable for a service that we pay for.
