I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

Mart Jonsson (@oxyuris) reported@SkyHelpTeam One issue is that SkyQ and Sky+ customers can all record, pause and rewind every program directly from SkyShowcase. SkyGlass customers are restricted from doing this. I could understand with BBC or ITV etc, but your own programs?
