  @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

  Shocking service from @DPDUkHelp44 . Waited in for my @SkyHelpTeam product to be delivered. Get message saying they have missed me . Then send a picture of a different street. Nothing they can do as driver route is pre planned.
