    @SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

    @OpenreachHelp Like I have highlighted I have been waiting since 29 SEPTEMBER for broadband and @SkyHelpTeam has told me that you have now cancelled my order! I was also told that my only option going forward will be for Sky to add me as a new customer meaning my waiting time can be even longer

    @SkyHelpTeam Your streaming service with the Sky puc is absolutely abysmal - keeps cutting off all the time, even after refreshing from the router and also when it says good connection. It's been like this since the third or 4 day since we got it. Not happy at all 😡

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry but I was told by @SkyHelpTeam that you have sent them a message saying that my order for broadband has been cancelled due to a system issue. And that it will automatically be cancelled on their system in the 5th of January
