Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi The Sky Q voice control has stopped working today. I’ve reset the remote, rebooted the sky box & reset the Internet. Still nothing. Tried my upstairs sky box & the same. Can you confirm if there is a problem. Thanks

Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

Hello @SkyHelpTeam My WIFI went down around 15-20 minutes ago and there’s no sign of it coming back online anytime soon. Your app currently says ‘no issues’ and everything is working but that’s clearly not the case even after restarting my hub! Please fix this issue ASAP 🙏

@shanebrown74 @SkyHelpTeam I’ve even tried restarting my WIFI hub to see if that’ll get it working but still nothing! Also when checking on the MySky app, it’s saying no issues or outages but there clearly is an issue so hopefully it’ll be resolved shortly 🤞

@SkyUK are real scammers, I called up to cancel Netflix off my sky account and they didn’t cancel Netflix and then randomly signed me up for a 2 year contract that I never agreed to. Now they are forcing me to honour a contract I never agreed. This is why people use @virginmedia
