@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet yet again! Come on Sky when are you going to sort these problems out? The issues are not in relation to all our individual routers - the internet keeps dropping out frequently for mass users across the country.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no Sky broadband across South Wales inc CF63 where I live since yesterday evening! All the while, you are shut with no support or updates. I should be working right now on a key deadline project and holding key online meetings from 730am. This is ridiculous.

Seriously disappointed as a returning customer to @SkyUK. Can you help, @SkyHelpTeam? Having moved home weeks ago our Sky TV install was booked for Monday. No one showed, with no explanation or warning. Now we seem to be at the back of queue and waiting again for another 2 weeks
