@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

Just annual price hikes and an internet that drops out daily. My son can't play his PlayStation online as it just kicks him out. And now they want almost £6 more!
