@SkyHelpTeam why am I receiving emails from you with regards to " Important changes to your Sky subscription" when I've not been a customer of yours for over 3 years, think you need to check your GDPR #compensation

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

  • Villa19UTV ✨ANDREW✨ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💜💙🦁 (@Villa19UTV) reported from Rhymney, Wales

@avfcalun @SkySportsPL @SkyFootball @SkySports @AVFCOfficial Yep wouldn’t of been all that bad even if it was 12pm kick off but 4.30 wat a horrible time 😏

  • P__TheLetter Stu (@P__TheLetter) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

  • P__TheLetter Stu (@P__TheLetter) reported from Bargoed, Wales

Trying to claim a reward off @SkyTV 😡 @SkyHelpTeam Why is it so difficult to communicate with your messaging service!! I’m sick of tired and waiting now. Your customer service is awful!

  • finnfrenz Melinda Hawthorne (@finnfrenz) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@SkyHelpTeam problems with internet access CF46 which is near Cardiff. Some sites ok others unreachable. Rebooted router and device but no difference.

  • Joetprosser Joe T. Prosser (@Joetprosser) reported from Llanhilleth, Wales

@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

  • NCRobo Neil C Robo🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿📷 (@NCRobo) reported from Ebbw Vale, Wales

Hey @SkySports WTF is go ng on with the #redbutton 😡😡🤡🤡 loads of usual shite games on apart from ours!!!! @LUFC

  • Joetprosser Joe T. Prosser (@Joetprosser) reported from Llanhilleth, Wales

@SkyHelpTeam It's okay. You're doing your best. Customer service is awesome, just inconsistent connections and the fact I've had an engineer out 2x in 2 months is dramatic haha.

  • AlexHaines5 Alex Haines (@AlexHaines5) reported from Blaenavon, Wales

    @Adz10Zak @SkySportsPL @SkySports Exactly, both shit

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

  • Matthw_Thompson Matthew Thompson (@Matthw_Thompson) reported from Blackwood, Wales

Surly there must’ve been some money down at a bookies to be DQ’d by biting #PriceAli #Boxing #SkySports

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

@Doyley25lfc @SkyHelpTeam I have only had Sky Q three weeks and it’s been troublesome so far. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

  • webdevjsj .JJ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #AUOB #YesCymru (@webdevjsj) reported

@toofarshone @SkyHelpTeam Ah mate, they are terrible. Chat is a waste of time and I want to cancel too. Trouble is if you cancel DD your credit rating will take a hit.

  • andreaspur Andrea Blackwell (@andreaspur) reported

@SkySports No, their own body should help them.

  • wildman_paul Paul Wildman (@wildman_paul) reported

@SkySports There are some horrendously run teams in the lower leagues, but for the good of the game the rich will have to support the poor(er) but it has to be with some caveat.I don't really know what that looks like but books need to be balanced and staff paid. The issue was here already

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @SkySports Most premiership clubs will pay silly money on average player every transfer window. Most premiership clubs will get a lot of TV money which a small amount would help keep the small clubs afloat to help produce youth players and home grown players that the Fa are demanding

  • The_Game_Booth Game Booth (@The_Game_Booth) reported

    @realjosiemuffin @SkyUK @EE @Plusnet Yup, that's a bit ****. I'll admit, I only left them for BT coz there was a £100 gift card in it..

  • or_pip Pip (@or_pip) reported

@parentchain @deGourlay @RockboltG @Ninjamoose69 @SkyUK @BBC I am in tech and rely on BT. It’s a rock solid service, plus they own all the exchanges and pipes. The two key London BT exchanges were handling almost 5Tb/second, at the peak of C19, and didn’t miss a beat

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @SkySports For the sake of football and looking after the small clubs , I do think the bigger clubs could help the small clubs. If every primer club just put a million into a kitty that would hardly be felt by the premiership clubs .FA should match the total . This would be a one off

  • Matt_S_1982 Matt ♿️ (@Matt_S_1982) reported

@jasdon2003uk192 @SkySports It’s not for PL clubs to pay off any debt. They have their own overheads and wages to play and are also being hit by the pandemic. So why should they all start bailing other clubs out to when theyve their own **** to manage.

  • legendkiller2k8 🦂 LegendKiller2k🦂 (@legendkiller2k8) reported

@SkySports Might aswell help out the rugby league, cricket league, polo league too whilst they're at it.

  • minsteraerials paul stanton (@minsteraerials) reported

@SkySports The problem is all these clubs have ran there business so close to the wall. All this has done is highlight they lber gamble there future for possible instant success. 99 per cent they dobt get that success.
