@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkySports Newcastle fans are probably more likely to wear them because of the big deal that's being made out of it. It's not a big deal. I wish our society was so free of problems that this was our biggest concern, but it isn't. It's not even nearly a big deal.

@SkyHelpTeam Told by Bulgarian call centre yesgerday new mini box dropped off today. Just had engineer call to say another 7 days to book in a 20 min job to swap out a mini box. Captive audience, bosses at Sky dont care. Always the same appalling customer treatment.
