@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

@waxperfect @SkyHelpTeam When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

@SkyHelpTeam I have sky q but only for sky uhd and to be blunt it's a crap box for the streaming services or an all in one as it lacks Dolby vision and most streaming services don't have atmos in the q box making it a joke. The puck seemed most suitable and hope sky one day reconsider.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott, I’m wanting to get bt sport on the second box, I have multi room already. Also, I subscribed to I think Disney which was free - wanting to cancel that. I’m told I have to contact Disney direct, how I’ve no idea as I did it through my sky box. Can’t afford new costs too

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is its a communal dish by abca. The issue is why can't I watch any of my recordings? Why does it need a signal to watch something it's already recorded weeks ago? (I want to watch as much I can as I'm probably leaving. Contract ends April and price increases too much)

@SkyHelpTeam How can you not have any info after 3 days? Either your "engineers" are completely incompetent or Sky just couldn't care less about its customers. Given the long downtime, I think I have a right to cancel my contract without penalty.
