    @SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam been on the phone to one of your advisor everything is working fine apart from the sky mini boxes. The main box is knackered can’t get any internet connect through it and I need an engineer two weeks on Wednesday to find that out. Your service is a complete disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have nothing but problems with Sky, I can’t watch normal tv has I don’t have signal ever......rain or shine! Am left on hold for over 40 mins which am unable to do each time I call so am just left with paying for nothing!! Was promised a refund last June....🙄

    @SkySports The correct decision was made, at least 1mm of the ball was over the hole...rules are there to protect players from those who prefer to win by cheating. Whether the ball would have dropped is irrelevant to the discussion. This issue was caused by poor rule knowledge by Sagstrom.

    @SkyHelpTeam please help confirming. I may have it wrong. If you want to add packages to your sly package, can be done with a quick click of a button. To remove something it’s a phone call and lengthy waiting times. I get the strategy (I.e. make it hard), but is that right?

    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍
