@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

No one is asking you to fix the problem but just give some meaningful updates. It’s basic customer service and your organisation repeatedly fails to get anywhere near those basics

@SkyHelpTeam We have three phones on #skymobile contracts and day after day we struggle hugely with data coverage even though our phones show 4G and good service levels. We moved from Carphone Warehouse/EE earlier this year and each day we are regretting the move more and more.
