No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

Andrew on the phone was great, but to wait 6 days for an engineer to fit a new Sky Q box with no TV whatsoever for the family is a disgrace. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.
