@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam there’s an issue with my satellite signal again. Despite waiting a week for an engineer to fix, having a new box installed, it isn’t working again. Tried calling but over an hour on hold listening to the dreadful music. Torture. I’m so fed up.

@SkyUK home of the worst broadband in the country. Mine was terrible, but then you sent me a new router to help and that made it even worse. Way to go. I like Sky Q so I dont have a choice, if I switch to a proper broadband provider it wont work anymore. Thanks for being so awful

@SkyHelpTeam why is BT freezing constantly every other channel is ok also on mini box during every programme at least every 15mins picture freeze unfreeze freeze again then jump back again 10 seconds absolutely abysmal service
