    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @_drane @SkyUK If you use your hotspot try balancing your phone near an open window It might help the phone signal get in if you’ve got coated or treated glass

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve charged me extra this month and still not amended the bill and now you’ve cut my service off! Even though I’ve paid what is actually owed. Actually taking the mick right now. I hope you’ll be amending next months bill aswell for this! What a joke of a company
