    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    Media service apps that don't have quick sign in functionality and make you type an email and password via TV remote are 😡😤 @channel4 @btsport @SkySports I'm looking at you... 😐 Please just add the simple functionality of a short code account pair system for authentication.

    @SkyHelpTeam your chosen delivery team Panther Logistics are hands down the WORST company I’ve dealt with. Arrived early, rang me 3 times to ask how long I was going to be. Left my tv stood on the grass, wouldn’t wait for me to get the house key (ctd)

    @SkyHelpTeam My Denon AVR receiver is struggling to turn onto the sky box when changing inputs from the TV. Have to keep resetting the sky box to get it to work. Think it's a sky issue as other inputs seem okay
