    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam We ordered 1 new phone and two swaps neither arrived, the experience was awful so much do we have asked to cancel them. We have had zero communication from SKY, despite numerous conversations with both parties. To say the experience was shocking is an understatement.

    @SkyHelpTeam NOW two weeks since we placed our initial orders with sky and still nothing!! No phone call no follow up and more importantly no orders received. How does a company like sky operate in this manner. Dreadful customer service. Absolute zero regard for the customer 😡
