    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed in your customer service today. Andrew on the phone was great, but to wait 6 days for an engineer to fit a new Sky Q box with no TV whatsoever for the family is a disgrace. I only subscribe to #skysports for the cricket and now I will miss #CWC19

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

    After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

    @SkyHelpTeam We had appointment scheduled between 8 am and 1 pm for sky broadband engineer to set up, he hasn't turned up, and your customer service on phone is appalling. Please address the situation immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been allowing those calls back to happen for days now, going in circles as I always get the same replies. I really need a solution. I rely on an internet connection to take up on work as freelance and this is being very disruptive. I will reach out to Citizen Advice Bureau
