Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!
