@SkyUK is an absolute joke half my channels missing MySky app says book engineer online then says you can’t book online coz I’m not a Skyq customer. Says you can message them. Message them and they are not receiving messages. Phone then they are only helping certain ppl 👎

@SkyUK when you call your customer service team to discuss the shocking charges and how you have been put into a new contract. Your team make some changes to my account to bring some of the charges down, removed newt flux and charged me a &10 admin fee!!! Utterly disgusting
