@SkyHelpTeam Is there anyway for us to know when this issue is likely to be resolved? I called the number in the link which just puts you through to a machine which gives the option to text when it’s done. Also, I haven’t been able to access the service for several days,is there compensation?

Broadband in FY8 up and down all night again from @SkyHelpTeam They've 'Helpfully' offered to charge me £65 for an Engineer or extend my contract for 12 months but still refuse to acknowledge an issue despite multiple reports. Concerning.

@SkyUK I have sent you a private message as my mobile data doesn’t work, yet I have 2.9gb that should be working, i’ve had this problem since yesterday. shocking service, sort it out. i have a concert tomorrow and would appreciate it to work considering i pay for it.
