@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Michelle. Test says status is ‘Good’, but it really isn’t and apparently lots of issues across the Lymington (Hampshire) area. I lost patience taking 24mins to watch 15mins worth of Netflix… 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Our whole estates Broadband is down again (those with Sky). This is becoming a common occurrence now. Is there anything that can be done? We’ve completed all the tests to understand what is wrong with it and it shows nothing. Thank you

@SkyUK hi is sky TV down. Both of my boxes are freezing. They won’t react to the termites when I’m pressing any buttons. Note they have both stuck on standby and won’t come back on. I’ve reset them both twice and they are still doing it. Beth frustrating indeed. Help me out

@SkyHelpTeam @myjazzfanny Well, clearly not just @myjazzfanny 's problem. We were at my in-laws in Pennington and their internet was playing up and we just got home in Lymington and we're unable to use NowTV at all because the broadband is being extremely slow.
