@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. Broadband guarantee probably had two days decent wifi in over two years. Waited an hour on hold to be hung up on then receive texts from your computer saying go speak to other customers. Absolute dog **** service. Expect a cancellation tomorrow

@SkyHelpTeam I've been a customer with Sky Glass and Wi-Fi all of 3 days, not received my free puck, TV buffers mid programme and WiFi has gone off and needed resetting twice in an hour. Not living my best Sky life when I work from home and rely on Wi-Fi
