Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports don’t share the same view on these issues.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

@SkyHelpTeam So the link has info but no way of sending an email to Sky with my acc and details to cancel. Its almost designed to be impossible to cancel by email, easy to join Sky so hard to leave, I'm too busy to phone a call centre, not happy.
