@SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

15 hours of no Sky Broadband @SkyHelpTeam no updates and no ETA of when it will be back. I work for a corporate telecoms provider and if we were down for this long customers would go elsewhere. Give us an update please of what the outage is and when it will be resolved. Shocking

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, that link doesn’t really tell me anything just there is an outage in the area that usually takes a couple of hours to fix. Clearly this is beyond the couple of hours.
