    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    @sn0rlqx @SkySportsWSL @SkySports I literally have no problems with Women's football although Arsenal both ways sounds a bit dodgy but each to their own. I watch a lot of football on TV but I have never watched more than a couple mins of Women's football while changing channels. It just doesn't interest me.

    @SkyHelpTeam switched my broadband over to you from BT 4 months ago. Speed has been slow but we’re not getting anywhere near 10mbps. Should have stayed with BT as their speed was much better. Only switched as you were cheaper 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband has been down for over 24 hrs now! What a way to ruin Christmas as not able to watch films on Netflix or Disney+ with the kids, which we pay through you. Cant get an engineer out until Wednesday
