    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    So @SkyUK internet is down AGAIN, I'd say my wi-fi drops out at least once a week and doesn't return for hours. The first thing I'm doing when it's back is finding a new provider... @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    @Bronxzoo10 @SkyHelpTeam I know multiple people with Sky who have had the same problems all day today. Sometimes fine, then slow, then fine, then orange light, then fine through Ethernet but not working over wi-fi. Line test shows no issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there still an outage in Bolton BL2? I rang at 8am and was told there was, but I've just checked on the app and it says there are no problems in my area. There's a weak signal to my phone, and no internet to the router at all so no working sky q hub, and no wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Symingtonjason This is still an issue on glass, been happening since day 1. Playlist sees the first part then when the short ad break happens the 2nd part doesn’t get picked up by playlist.
