    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told another router would be requested, not had any emails on this. Tracking started to move on the first router that was dispatched but it’s stopped again! People are working from home just now and really depend on wifi yet you guys don’t seem to want to help
