    Never heard such a misinformed, entitled load of shite as this weeks @SundaySupp for @SkySports - talking about how Liverpool benefit from a competitive league... they have 20 more points than most other teams in 2nd in their respective leagues, and lost 1 game all season.

    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s finally back online, but not helpful when the updates you get from that service say it will be resolved ‘in a couple of days or sooner’. Really need to work on providing customers with reasonable timely updates and an eta..

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to them this morning they said they will monitor the line and engineer didn’t even turn up yesterday evening. I have been having problems since 17/10 I was told someone would be in touch regarding compensation but I have not had any communication from you unless I call.

    @OpenreachHelp absolutely shocking service! Moved in 1 September, BT said that installation of broadband would be in 2 weeks, didn't happen, had to do a new order, that didn't happen, guess what, third didn't happen. Enough of BT, went to @SkyHelpTeam who said will be installed

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting for an engineer for 4 days. Your advisors have “organised”2 call backs for myself in the last 2 days still nout. Now I’m on hold for the 6th time in 4 days for a problem which according to the service level agreement should have been sorted on Tuesday.
