    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    So @SkyUK internet is down AGAIN, I'd say my wi-fi drops out at least once a week and doesn't return for hours. The first thing I'm doing when it's back is finding a new provider... @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam That site is saying an outage I would like to know when it will be back as I would really like to be working which I can’t do or do I need to go and buy a mobile broadband unit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem is after ringing up that isn't the case as the system has a glitch for those on the OG ultrafast where it won't show the options to me, they are there for a new customer at my address, as it thinks I'm on the newest ultrafast which I most definitely am not!

    @SkyHelpTeam it's Friday evening and my sky broadband has gone down for the second time today. The app claims there is no outage and yet the only non green light on the router is the Internet one, which is orange. What's happening exactly?

    @SkyUK is the worst fraud ever! Spent almost an hour talking to yhem about anoyher issue l had with my bloody Qbox (brand new since Novmber) I asked to file a conplaint and they gave me a reference. They sent me the confirmation and two minutes later they closed it!!!!
