I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyHelpTeam had no broadband for last 9 days. After hours on phone to different agents one colleague told me there is a problem with the 4.2 router and it won’t get fixed until January. Told me to try and buy the old square type on EBay to see if that is better. Unbelievable!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm not convinced that you have the faintest idea what my issue is here. Which steps are you referring to? Use the number for what? YOUR HELPLINE KEEPS DIVERTING ME TO THE WRONG SECTION AND THEN CUTTING ME OFF. I'm sorry, but this lack of help is so frustrating.
