@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

@SkyUK I was very close to signing up with sky after being a loyal virgin median customer for 6 years, sky customer service advisors are really good tho nearly had me signing up for the super fast broadband and multi room tv for £60 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam So the replacement router made no difference. Was just on phone to Sky technician, who was trying to help. Call dropped and multiple attempts to get through automated system failed. Clearly it’s designed to put people off calling Sky!

As a customer of @SkyUK in the PE2 postcode I’m getting increasingly frustrated. It’s now 10/11 weeks of diabolical service. People of #Peterborough specifically PE2 what’s your experience? Our whole neighbourhood is reporting sky issues and has been since early December
