I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

@SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyUK No one seems to be mentioning all the ridiculous plastic waste, world wide created by home etc covid test kits etc! Also Week in week out many new products hit our supermarket shelves mostly in plastic packaging! We'll never defeat plastic waste realistically will we honestly!

Can’t adjust package online, can’t be added as another named user, paying far too much Probably time to get rid of Sky, as I can’t do anything as even though I pay half the bill I can’t be named on the account, I’ll get the account holder to phone and cancel later @SkyHelpTeam
