@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyUK Decent woman at customer services was appalled at her colleagues attitude and tried to sort problem by giving various discounts for lack of service. Upshot of this, rude man has cut it off, Sky cannot reinstate service, have to reorder broad and package, so no Internet.

@SkyHelpTeam The app doesn't sign in. The username and password is correct it just won't sign in. My broadband is fast instead of superfast (as you charge me for) and my sky Q miniboxes keep freezing. I just want to speak to someone!
