Last time this happened I paid a fortune to upgrade my broadband, to later find out it was an outside issue! Canceling the subscription seems to be the better option!

Terry McCrum (@terrymccrum) reported@SkyHelpTeam @clickorcollect But but but, it’s streamed services from the various hubs, iplayer, itv etc. If you add something there’s no guarantee you can actually watch it - I have done so and found I’ve lost the show! And the lip synching issue is becoming more of an issue. And the tv turns off, and and
