@SkyUK you have the power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league teams to ensure the season is not void. Clubs trying to stop season to stay up is a disgrace. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. This dang happen. Disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

@SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

@SkyUK seriously need to sort out the recordings library, it's a complete mess. No stacking, programmes all over the place. Reset box, unlinked recordings and linked again etc. Still all over the place. Never had this on Sky+ box, only Sky Q.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Suddenly, no internet, no landline. Disassembling as advised does eventually solve the problem, and I am unfortunately very well practised in the routine. However loss of internet on my computer/iPad interferes with my work as well as personal enjoyment.
