@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam But they all have the same automated voice now. I suggest staff call as it's really awful my mum has blood pressure issues & could see it rising. Never used to be like that as been customers for over 20 years. I've followed all advice on how to make it a better etc & none works.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam cheers I’ve spoken to Sky team both Twitter and twice by phone regarding this issue to no avail. Both phones in the house have had no service for over three weeks. I’ve been told multiple times by Sky nothing we can do and is @O2 fault Hence digging a bit deeper
