@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help. Our Broadband has now been no more than 12Mbps for 2 days. Via MySky yesterday I was told an engineer would be sent to fix an issue outside the house. Today I can’t even get onto the site to check progress. Speed right now is 11.9Mbps for downloading. Please advise!
