    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyUK I have my billing issue on going from 3months . Problem is so many false promises by sky team . Last month I was promised by one of tram if I pay £46 then I don't have to pay any thing in Aug and Sep and only £8 will be need in Nov 2021 after that from Dec 2021 £36 but

    @ThehornsatdawN @NFL @SkySports Not disputing that, was trying to point out the game was on so you could actually watch it. Forgive me for trying to help you out, worlds gone mad. In fairness it’s made clear in Game Pass that all Sky games are blacked out so it’s not a shock or a new thing.

    @SkyHelpTeam No I can’t - as my previous message says, I can only watch through the app, for which you appear not to have enabled red button viewing. This isn’t a rights issue - you’re entitled to show the IPL on the app - it looks like pure disorganisation by sky.
