@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SteveDoherty1 @SkyUK NowTV passes bought on AppleTV or through iTunes are only usable on Apple device(s) :( You can try & ask Apple to refund but for the price it’s easier to just buy a new pass for the TV - or get a family member to use theirs to login ;)

@SkySports The problem is the tempo and lack of service. England only had one shot on target, that's not Kane's fault. They have to look at how slow they play and the problem with the creativity. Rashford came on and still didnt get a kick.

@SkySports I’m not being funny, but it doesn’t exactly help when he has next to no service and he’s feeding off scraps all game long? This is probably why people made a case to take Trent, because he has the crossing quality to open teams up and put it on a plate for Kane.
