@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with my Broadband. Below minimum guaranteed speed. Openreach have advised that there is a problem with the line between the green box in the street and my house. Neighbours all have fast broadband so it’s just my line but no one will fix it!!

@SkyHelpTeam I switched from EE to sky a couple of months ago. Big mistake. I get cut off every month despite having a direct debit set up and then I have to make a manual payment. Everything has been crap. I needed my phone today when my car wouldn’t start and sky cut me off.FS
