Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@ahwpgapro @SkySports Totally agree Alan, sky are doing themselves no favours at all. Problem is though members expect it! It’s a nice to have for a golf club but doesn’t generate any income because people can’t drink any more so it is an expensive frill!!!

.@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

@Leeds6969 @SkyUK Swap, their 80/20 package is £22 p/m for the next 12 months if you signup with NowTV instead of Sky. Same network, just their no-frills brand, always been offered either “new customer” pricing or even lower (I’m currently paying £20).

@SkyHelpTeam @ukfan1111 Amazing coincidence there. Just like the £5 saving I made signing up to a new deal as my contract was about to finish, just as the bill goes up by approx £4.00 anyway. nice new deal of £30.50 per month suddenly became £34.50 anyway. Valued customer? Don’t feel like it.
