    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    @ahwpgapro @SkySports Totally agree Alan, sky are doing themselves no favours at all. Problem is though members expect it! It’s a nice to have for a golf club but doesn’t generate any income because people can’t drink any more so it is an expensive frill!!!

    .@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down since about 12. App status just says there is a fault in the area, maybe? S63 0DJ. Any idea what this "fault" is and how long it is going to be down for. Open reach don't seem to be aware of it so I assume it is just a Sky issue. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam We have already spent over two hours trying to get help - I don’t want to spend more time on the phone . I want my 78 year old mother to sleep as she is recovering from hip surgery.

    @SkyHelpTeam My daughter has been on the phone for one hour twenty minutes- she is now talking to the 4th sky staff member. She has been made to feel awful for not looking out for her grandmother in 2013 , she was 9 .

    @SkyUK You don't want customers to be rude to you but please could you kindly not be rude to customers? Referring specifically to Callum in the sky broadband team. Because of him I've had to bring an installation forward with another company so I can leave sky after 16 years.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have not resolved this issue to our satisfaction- my mother will pay £ 35 to retain the phone number she’s had for 50 years , it’s probably the only phone number her husband with Alzheimer’s is able to remember- it’s been his phone number for 50 years too
