@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

@filipenho_ @SkySports Yep no doubt there is more pressure and expectation - but 15 years is a long time and a lot more money in academies now - can guarantee the treatment/welfare and support is much better now. There is a reason so many kids come to UK academies from other countries

@SkyHelpTeam I will. Check the several times @OpenreachHelp had to come over since Sept/Oct 2020. They have been coming basically every month, which it is not normal for the same issue. Problems with the ports in the cabinet after some works done by others. How can I Work from home?
