    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all the above. Had open reach to fit new box on the wall.....still rubbish. Ideally after all the calls an engineer should come and make sure it’s half decent. But unless the issue is there when they visit they just assume everything is ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a "Sebastian" call me saying he was from Sky telling me there had been "illegal activity" on my internet today. Is it correct etiquette to call him a rude name beginning with "C" and suggesting he "go away" with a commonly used phrase starting with "F"?

    @SkyHelpTeam No mate I have asked for help from this “help team” before all you do is move me to another source of help, then to another oh and then maybe three more! In the end I give up and more fool me I carry in paying you £150 a month!

    @LdnSully @Oggebarre1 @SkySports I’m saying they should ‘invest’ in their local teams, help advance teams in their own country instead of throwing more cash into the swamp that is the EPL. Pretty obvious to most people with a brain.
