@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam @WeRThe48Percent I think you may need to do some more research @SkyHelpTeam. Version 3 boxes seem to have serious issues. There are hundreds of examples of sound drop outs on your forum many of which have been reported. This is a similar issue to the one you had on your hd box.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, not sure what's going on?!? Bad weather took out my signal and been told £65 for a call out when the issue is with signal not hardware. Been put on hold mid-discussion by a rude rep of yours. Its now been 15 mins. Not impressed 🤬
