    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam we have lost all internet signal today it’s been awful for weeks. Two of us trying to work from home with end of month deadlines to submit. Impossible to get through to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @DisneyPlusHelp my Disney plus app keeps freezing on my @SkyUK q box. Kids are getting fed up with not being able to watch anything, and I’m getting fed up with paying for something that doesn’t work properly! Any fix for this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, as I said, earlier episodes were fine, ie with subtitles. Last couple of episodes, no subtitles. I watch Alibi via Sky, assumed it was a problem with Alibi, is it something to do with Sky box? I haven't changed any settings

    Had issues with @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal all weekend, had 4g but unable to use internet etc. was this a known issue or is the mobile signal getting as bad and the home wifi??

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky, skygo is working on my phone and laptop but when I go to use it in my Xbox it says I need a relevant subscription. I don’t understand! When I try to look at my devices on the mobile skygo app it says server error. Any help??

    @SkyHelpTeam why is my broadband so ****. I'm sick of seeing the yellow light on the box. Never in the entire time have I had the min 59mb/s promised. It runs at least 10 under and this is several years now.

    @SkyUK Like sky Q it is reliant on broadband, a decent broadband connection. Sorry but this idea is off putting for the likes of us with poor broadband, also what happens when broadband goes down? Would we be compensated for loss of service as tv would go down too
