    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    How can @SkyUK offer a service like @NOWTV but have no subtitles on their live TV through it? Totally locks out deaf users. If you’re in an area with no satellite signal for Sky, NowTV is your only option. No subtitles mean no usable service at all for #deaf users.

    @SkyHelpTeam will SKY be automatically compensating its customers affected by the near 24hr broadband outage ?? Don’t get me wrong. I’m thankful it’s finally fixed. But had no internet, phone, Netflix etc that I’m currently billed for. And shouldn’t have to personally chase

    @SkyHelpTeam there are definitely problems with broadband in the Lancaster area. So many people have had no connection all day. Including us. We have booked an engineer but this seems pointless if there is a wider issue at the exchange.
