How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam First, you provide an inadequate router, and when it comes to cancelling your contract, then they have the cheek to ask for it back. Absolutely shambolic service. Glad I cut my internet bill by £10 a month with @litfibre. Far superior service. My internet is 8x faster.

@SkyHelpTeam So we pay for a service that comes with poor Wi-Fi range and instead of being innovative and bringing out hubs that support Wi-Fi 6e that’ll open up a new spectrum for customers to use and take advantage of as it’ll have no interference….Sky suggests you disconnect devices. 👎🏻
