    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done 3 times On Friday I was told it was an external issue and would be sorted within the hour Then they said 72 hours now they are saying anytime before Friday. Thats just not good enough whatsoever.

    @SkyHelpTeam Support said there’s an additional cost to Wi-fi guarantee and it’s not guaranteed even in the same room unless you pay extra. So the broadband cost and Wi-fi charge is separate?
