@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam It says no now issues in your area, then it ran a test on my hub and said no internet... That's it. Spoke to 2 people now and us 3 have no internet in different homes in Beccles

Is there anything worse in the world than listening to a **** replay of (****) music whilst on hold to @SkyUK for over 35 minutes and counting still.... No wonder I have put up with no / intermittent internet connection for months!
