    @StevePenk @SkySports Totally agree Steve, but on another note, why not show some matches between the lower clubs help them out with TV revenue coming into poorer half of the league,and no doubt get a more exciting game of football 👏 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @mattyb_x9427 @SkyHelpTeam Both channels have launched, but there are apparently some issues depending on where you live. Maybe try rebooting, otherwise it’s a waiting game

    @SkyHelpTeam There isn’t any known issues. Done all the checks. Booked an engineer but coming out tomorrow between 1 and 6pm. I’ll potentially need to leave school now (On first day back 😡), can I have a more precise time?

    @SkyHelpTeam What number am I calling, the last person i dealt with Lorna, I think, was a great help, the people before that did not care at all and pretty useless. This needs to be resolved asap or you can come get all the stuff and refund me any monies owing!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I had an engineer come today to install my sky, everything seemed to work fine and then after he left the tv wouldnt turn on. A red light comes on but nothing on the screen, this has never happened before, help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well I think I would expect a Customer Service Agent to not reply with those kinds of responses when you're asking for advice & help! He couldn't have been less interested & all because he doesn't watch TV so wathing on an iPad isn't an issue for him. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Your agent told me that WiFi engineers are not provided to people in NI. If this is true, this is discrimination. If he lied, this is direct discrimination to prevent service I am legally entitled to.
