How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Still far too many programmes on Sky Catch Up that do not have subtitles. Something really needs doing about this. The live broadcast versions do all have subtitles so why not Catch Up? This effectively excludes the hard of hearing from using the service.

I wish @MTVUK would sort out the constant lip sync issues on their @SkyHelpTeam UK channel 126. Really spoils @bastille Unplugged. Audio is early vs video by a guess of at least 30ms if not more.
