@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

Had the box changed and the dish checked, and the TV is having a black screen every 12 seconds or signal drops out. Having Glass will eliminate that issue as it’s internet only.

@SkyHelpTeam the red button did not work from 2pm -6pm it started working as soon as euro tour finished and womens event started 4 hrs lost coverage this is a regular problem and i know of others who experienced this yesterday. this seems to happen every week and is nothing to do with my tv

@SkyHelpTeam @MALCOLMVINTON Looks like it will be the end of Sky TV for us then. No way would I want to get a new TV. My Wifi is bad anyway so wouldn’t want to stream the channels. Everything is getting far too complicated. Don’t even know what Sky Q is never mind SkyGlass.
