    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @StevePenk @SkySports Totally agree Steve, but on another note, why not show some matches between the lower clubs help them out with TV revenue coming into poorer half of the league,and no doubt get a more exciting game of football 👏 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyHelpTeam hi every time I switch on sky box it’s showing no satellite signal and no picture is coming up.. I always have sort out the cables in the sky box for picture to show.. can anyone give me a permanent fix as it’s annoying sorting this out everyday??

    @SkyHelpTeam What on earth is going on with this? I’m STILL unable to download programmes 10 days on. There are series I am watching where the download option expires soon so I won’t be able to watch them right? Please update us all and consider partial refunds for loss of service! Thanks
