    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkySports Surprised the commentator goes with "it might need to be retaken". It's either a goal (only touched the ball once) or a Newcastle free-kick (touched the ball twice). Shouldn't need to be retaken unless there was a separate issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’m a customer of 20 yrs. When I did my latest contract last summer, I wasn’t given the option with the £3 boost. I ended up calling back to review BB deal as you were offering new customers a better deal at the time & the 2nd person I spoke to also said it wasn’t optional
