@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

Channel 402 no signal, no ultra hd signal no sky one, no sky Atlantic in fact only sky channel working is main event. I’ve done all the reboots, restarts take plugs out etc. I’ve also waited 10 mins on the phone to get hung up on. What’s the crack? @SkyHelpTeam
