    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my Internet has been seriously slow for days now. I was told you would check it regularly and sort out any issues as they happen. Obviously that isn't happening. It's having a big impact on ability to work from home.

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've now managed to get through, but can I please vent my frustration about how bad the automated service is? It must be awful for your team to have to deal with people who've had to navigate their way through it before talking to them.

    @SkyUK using Sky Go, keep getting an error 1[41942875] on a lonovo TB 8505XS tablet. Reinstalled the app but no luck. Sky go plays fine on my iPhone on same WiFi network. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam I press the power button on my SkyQ remote it will often turn the TV on and the SkyQ box but doesn't seem to send a signal to the TV. It then isn't possible to get a picture without turning the box off at which point the picture displays momentarily and box turns off

    @SkyHelpTeam If you could please read my tweet before replying that would help. As I said I have done that it doesn’t help I need to speak to a human, and what you have suggested doesn’t lead to that. There are no “details for the mobile team” on that page, just a help yourself section.
