    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t want you to try to “fix the issue” anymore because you clearly cannot. Working from home and dealing with what’s definitely the worst broadband I’ve ever experienced in my life has been incredibly infuriating and I want out.
