I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

Warwick Lea (@wdlea) reported@lauracreaven @SkyHelpTeam Check some of the mobile providers. If you can get 5g where you are there are excellent deals from suppliers like 3. Otherwise use the independent broadband availability checkers. £30 for what sounds like upto 10mb broadband is poor.

Done the usual restarting router and followed Sky online help to test connection 5 times so far and it says the connection is fine. It obviously isn’t tho as I have no internet! Not good when trying to work from home.
