@SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

The total failure @SkyUK to resolve our problem is mind numbing. “I’m sorry you can’t call us right now” then a DM on twitter to say “just hold and someone will take your call” so I’ve now called three times and been cut off every time. Time to cancel our DD!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, like I’ve already said I don’t have the account details so can’t check connection. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

@SkySports problem is that fans in England are being brought into the world of the Kroenke’s that exists here in the US and the story/history is equally damning, if not more so. They are self-serving and have no interest in anything but their bank account. Fans to them are irrelevant.
