How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t say there are any issues but I’ve been off for 3 days now and I can’t get an engineer until next Sunday. I rely on Wi-Fi for work etc. I have no tv or phone signal. I know a few people in the same area too that are having trouble. Can you look into this please?

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Do you use some kind of sound limiter on Sky Movies? Whenever there’s an action scene the sound hits a ceiling and becomes less dynamic. I don’t have this issue with any other channels, streamers or devices.
