-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandAnd yet - as I keep saying repeatedly to @OpenreachHelp - @SkyHelpTeam cannot get in touch with them to find out WTF is going on because all their contact centres are closed. Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, England@SkyHelpTeam I must call about once/twice a day since 22 June when my internet went down. I called three times on Friday to be told they can’t contact @OpenreachHelp via the phone so couldn’t pin them down about when my internet will be properly fixed. It’s just absolutely disgraceful
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandMy internet has been down since Monday due to an external connection fault. I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, England@AngloDane70 @OpenreachHelp was meant to finish the job on Monday. I was told they’d be here that morning. They weren’t. @SkyHelpTeam told me it was going to be today. Still not done. 11 days after reporting the problem.
-
Michael Parry (@MickP1964) reported from Appleshaw, EnglandMartin Tyler is a bloody awful commentator he just waffles non stop bollocks #MCITOT #SkySports
-
Gary Parmenter (@happygary69) reported from Andover, England@SkyHelpTeam There isn’t a phone number when I follow the link and sign in, just another link to testing the connection which I did 3 times yesterday.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandSo, tell me @OpenreachHelp - where is the engineer who promised he’d be back on Monday to complete the fix on my internet issue. And then switched to Thursday. And still not done? @SkyHelpTeam apparently can’t call your contact centre as it’s closed.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, England@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spent 30 minutes on the phone to the help team. Nothing they can do as @OpenreachHelp aren’t taking calls from them so they can’t find out when the engineer intends to finally show up. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Stalemate.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, England@OpenreachHelp Have you seen my (increasingly desperate) questions today?? With your call centres closed my provider @SkyHelpTeam has no way of contacting you in order to help me.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, England@SkyHelpTeam Engineer can’t fix it properly. Said he’d come back on Monday didn’t show up. All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandThis is obviously affecting my business and apparently @SkyUK has had no notification from @OpenreachHelp that an engineer is on the case. I know times are tricky but be honest in the first place about the fix time.
-
Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandStill no internet. Off since Monday. Hugely adverse effect on my business. @SkyHelpTeam palming the blame off on @OpenreachHelp and apparently not able to tell me when it will be fixed or why it’s taking so long. I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.
-
Darren Savage (@darrensavage) reported from Ludgershall, England@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

Simba 'The Marketing Millionaire' Mudonzvo (@simba_mudonzvo) reportedSave this tweet: Skysports & Jamie Carragher are going to be left with an egg on their faces when Slot is sacked very soon. The standards "the heavy metal football" that Mo Salah refers to are the ones thay Salah & Co maintained after Klopp left and won them the PL. Salah & other senior players have had to watch those "standards" get dismantled by Slot.. After we won the PL against Tottenham, it was clear that they were in "holiday mode" & us the fans collectively gave them a pass. Pre-season is when we realised something could be wrong. It wasnt an impressive Pre-season that got you excited about the season ahead. Even during pre-season I & other's had no clue on Wirtz's proper position, whether the team will be built around him, what alternative formations we would use to deal with low block, high pressing teams etc. All we got from preseason was that Rio Ngumoha if developed and handled with care he would explode on the scene. Then the season started, although we were winning with last minute goals, a worrying pattern had emerged, start well for a few minutes, then concede goals out of nowhere and then score a lucky last minute goal. This was the case first 7 games. Then the inevitable losses & bad games came thick n fast. Nothing improved, the midfielders weren't running enough, no protection for Konate and Van Dijk, no clear position for Wirtz to be effective and instead of fixing it what does Slot do? Throws a living Premier League & Liverpool legend in Mo Salah under the bus. Salah thought FSG, higher ups & Jamie Carragher would come to his defence, they didn't! Skysports loving the drama for views, stirred it up and still do. And in all this drama, no one cares one bit about us the Liverpool fans! The boos are not directed at Mo Salah, the team, they are directed at Arne Slot, FSG & Carragher.. Notice how they casually dismissed the fans and the booing of Arne Slot. Even Arne Slot has the i-won-the-PL-in-my-first-year arrogance of being dismissive of the boos. Not once did he acknowledge that the boos where directed at him, & were about him. He gave excuses, it was the team, it was the opposition playing low block and lately it was taking an injured Rio off. Skysports & Carragher didnt say much. Jamie Carragher doesnt realise Sky spends over a billion dollars to sponsor the premier league, and they need drama, to earn more money and a profit from advertisers. They could not care one bit about future of Liverpool. Other teams have changed managers to save their seasons and futures, Man Utd sacked Amorim, & saved their season and now will enjoy CL football. Tottenham sacked their managers. Chelsea sacked their "yes" men managers after they realised it doesnt work and have appointed Alonso who was our first choice, was wrongly sacked at Real Madrid and will have a good 2 to 3 seasons before he leaves. All in the while FSG, Carragher and Slot himself keep rage baiting the fans by saying SLOT IN. The players know standards have slipped, the players are supporting Mo Salah, the message is clear, but then again Carragher, Sky Sports, FSG do not care about what we think. Make no mistake, the arrogance and low standards set by Arne Slot won't be magically solved by new transfers or a pre-season. Look what has happened to Florian Wirtz, Konate, McAllister, even Gakpo. They have regressed 10x backwards and got worse. You don't need a crystal ball to tell you that Slot will be sacked soon, they will try to appease the fans and get Gerrard in, but the standards are so low, and other teams would have improved so much that Gerrard will be left exposed. The season will be a write-off again! And for the next 3 to 5 seasons we will be told by Skysports & Jamie Carragher that we are in transition, and that top 4 is the best and realistic goal. How on earth has Slot destroyed the foundations laid by Bob Paisley and co and restored by Klopp, in just 1 season?? We can avoid all this if we get the appointment right. Either Enrique or Klopp
