    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting very frustrated, have moved home and cannot get my service transferred as no one answering callls or online help!!!!! Only option is I can Ell my direct debit. I have been a customer for over 30 years.

    @SkyUK Please can I cancel my subscription without having to wait for an hour just to talk to someone to say I'd like to cancel my subscription. It's not that I haven't enjoyed our partnership, it's just I have an @freesat_tv box now and don't use you enough for value. Thanks.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @StevePenk @SkySports Totally agree Steve, but on another note, why not show some matches between the lower clubs help them out with TV revenue coming into poorer half of the league,and no doubt get a more exciting game of football ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘

    My internet has been down since Monday due to an external connection fault. I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today Iโ€™m told it could be more then 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and Iโ€™ll use someone else.
