    so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all of the online stuff to check. Been doing it regularly because of local sky broadband issues over recent weeks. Frustrated to point of looking for new broadband.

    @SkyUK really poor service, massively let down by you! We rang to cancel as the cost of living crisis is becoming a reality in our house hold your first agent was helpful and offered to reduce our package to save us money - we had to work out if we could even afford this! Then..

    Pretty poor that @EE seem to be offering a more expensive plan for an objectively crapper phone on my partners upgrade compared to what @SkyUK seem to be willing at a glance to offer us, cheaper then we are paying for her current phone, for the brand new IPhone 14.
