    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    @SkyHelpTeam This is now 10 days without broadband/WiFi. Have contacted Sky multiple times and they say it's being fixed by #openreach on this day/that day/everyday and nothing whatsoever happens. Unbelievably poor service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I use the 'Death Star' solution. Turn it off then on again. Seems to solve everything. It is astounding that I can record five programmes at the same time.
