@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

@John27_90 @Charles_Leclerc Don’t be stupid. Max was called out big time! It was all over the F1 posts, Skysports posts and other media. Those horrendous Dutch were booing as you peeps always say. But now “the great tifosi” are the best. Even in Silverstone when Max was booed, nobody did a thing.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there are issues I am currently in a sky community discussion there is a problem with sky and virgin but no one is doing anything to resolve this it's ridiculous I'm paying for a service that isn't working I've had this issue since 6th September neither sky nor virgin care
