    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    @SkyUK just had the Sky engineer round to fix a problem. Have to say, she was the best customer service I’ve ever received from Sky! Solved the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked. Thank you Mandy, you could show a few of the others how it’s done! 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam hi as a customer for over 22 years what is the chance of getting a free replacement sky+ hd remote as I'm currently using two remotes as one doesn't pause and the other doesn't select. As most people are sky Q I'm guessing you may have 1 or 2 spare knocking about ...

    @SkyHelpTeam I won't hold my breath, we've been with you for broadband for a year and so far I can't say I'm impressed, it just doesn't work and it never gets resolved but thanks anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you actually joking! 3 to 5 working days so your basically saying I’ll be without wifi until Friday which will actually be a week! Out of interest what would the early exit fee be because all I’ve had since the start of taking sky out is problems!
