    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyUK Wife was scammed out of nearly £50 on an 11 minute phone call and all I get is sorry, nothing we can do to help. I will not be renewing the phone contract with you and will NEVER get another phone from Sky. Joke of a service when I've been with Sky for over 20 years.

    @bt_uk Dissapointed in your TV services . After being a Sky customer for years I thought I'd give BT a go . Can't even view BTSports in HD without paying extra and entertainment channels are mostly available on Freeview anyway.. Think I'll be returning to @SkyUK

    @SkyUK absolutely disgusted with your customer services! My mam is really struggling to pay her bills and explained her circumstances to a few advisers, she *needs to cancel her services! She's been a loyal customer for 22 years, she can't afford it anymore. She's in tears!
