@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

@markgeveritt @Devo72D @SkySports They'd never have two Brummies - I once had sales appt with a Women who was so rude she said she'd had lessons to get rid of her Brummie accent in front of me who had quite a broad one in those days. Midlanders in general get hard done by all the time for our accents.

@SkyHelpTeam you're service is shocking had net dropping in and out for 3 weeks Hadd engineer in in found out faults somewhere else but no update zo atm paying for a crackling phone line and Internet speed below guarantee minimum all with random loss 9f Internet unacceptable
