    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, are there broadband issues this morning? I had Internet up until 10-15 minutes ago. I've followed the steps (unplugging the dsl cable etc) and restarted the router but I've still only got 2 out of 3 lights. Crucially the one I'm missing is the Internet light.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with Sky Buddy App? Mine wouldn’t load, found some advice on the Sky website which didn’t work. I have since deleted the app and tried to reinstall it but after I put in my account details it hangs and goes back to asking for the details again.

    @SkyUK absolutely pathetic. Service both from the internet and phone. I have a disabled person in the house who needs the internet and now they are without it. Where is the responsibility here? Should have gone with @Virgin before they scammed me into another deal! Not happy!

    @SkyHelpTeam After 2 weeks calling everyday, after cancelling other company to provide me services, reposting a complaint to be told we (sky) called you in 2 days and they never did finally I lost my restaurant number and my broadband now I lost all the services I had plus everything online..
