    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried this via the sky vip app but it says there’s an outage in the area but also that there are no issues in the area which is why I called ??????????

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    Any #lufc think the camera work on @SkySports lufc v Burnley today was poor? Kept lingering on close ups of managers etc while play was going on. Certainly missed one corner because of it

Their customer service is SO bad that my new V6 box arrived recently and doesn't work and I simply don't have the strength to get in touch with them as know it will be too stressful. Old box works so will do. Will be the last contract I take with VM

    @SkySports BLM doesn’t matter then? You’ve been ramming that down our throats for months. Kick it out has always been there doing tremendous work. I cancelled sky sports and I encourage everyone to do the same. #AllLivesMatter
