    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam What has happend to your phone support? Call queues are 45 mins and you have to navigate menus that hang up on you and send you a txt to a help site where your questions are not even listed. I need to change an order for sky mobile. How can I do this pls?
