@SkyHelpTeam Yes, this is one of the first things I did. I then went around each room checking the signal strength on every channel and none of them solve the issue in the majority of rooms.

@SkyHelpTeam I also have boosters, and I tried adding one or two on for the worst affected part of the house and it made things worse and also affected the tv (the issue not fixed for over a year).

@SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, my Sky Broadband was connected 8 days ago. I appreciate that speeds may vary for the first 14 days, but I’ve had 35mbs everyday since it was connected; never gone up or down. It falls well short of the minimum guaranteed speed of 52mbs.
