    @SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

    @SkyHelpTeam how can I tell through the my sky app when my contract with sky runs out? Also, when I am in demand is says I need to upgrade, but I have the full Sky package. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyone in the Portsmouth area Internet dropping with mad pocket loss. Ive reset the box a few times still doesn't fix it please like/rt if you're having the same problem

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    @SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

    Question Twitter mind - is hacking other people's internet still a thing? I am constantly getting slow internet and i live alone - no one else in the house sharing - and my service is SUPPOSED to be high speed. @SkyHelpTeam what do you recommend? Change to BT? Change password?

    @SkySports I’m no @NUFC fan but them players aren’t playing for Bruce. They were slow, lacklustre & lazy today. 4-4-2 against a team with a 5 man midfield was disastrous for them. Schar, Lewis, Manquillo, Hendrick & Carrol are below average players not good enough for the @premierleague!
