    Our @SkyHelpTeam wi-fi down AGAIN, good job we decided against Sky Glass. If you're looking to change your internet provider do NOT go to Sky, terrible service.

    The garbage that is #SkyQ typified right there. Set the Great fire documentary to tape on series link. They are being shown back to back right now. It’s taped 2 of the 3 episodes. What utter crap this thing is. Can we upgrade back to HD @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @marthaunplugged Sending empathy. Still awaiting ‘priority’ callback as follow-up complaint on behalf of 83yr-old left w/out telephone over Christmas & mis-sold something else. Days I’ve wasted speaking with them; poor training or poor overall business practice? Poor service in any case. @SkyUK

    Hello @bt_uk another 10 days apparently, until you attempt to repair 80 year old parents phone line - been out for 2 weeks already. You do know how much they rely on your services. Apparently you don’t seem to care. I know the service is provided by @SkyUK but you are vital.

    @vhixy @SkyHelpTeam Same here but been down since at least 9am this morning. Called Sky and was on the phone with them for over an hour but couldn't resolve the problem. Told an engineer would come as a priority, as essential worker, and would be called back but still no call :(
