@SkyHelpTeam Hi, It just won't let me access recordings until I do a hard reset, which deletes all my recordings. I've also started getting any playback of recordings inturrupted with a message saying 'you can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem' Hard drive is gone.

@SkyHelpTeam I had FTP installed before Xmas and it’s been great until this last week, but it everyday this week it’s dropped out with no additional users in the house. Are you having issues? When it works the speed is great. I am hard wired to the router so not a wifi issue.

1/4 - New customer: Broadband service ordered 2 weeks ago. Still not received my router but have been told that my internet was connected 1 week ago. Been on the phone to CS everyday and had managers involved and always told ‘its arriving tomorrow’, it never arrives @SkyHelpTeam
