Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

It’s a ridiculous state of affairs and I’ve wasted so much time sitting on the phone waiting to get through to your help centre.

Nothing they can do as @OpenreachHelp aren’t taking calls from them so they can’t find out when the engineer intends to finally show up. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Stalemate.
