Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.
