    @SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

    @StevePenk @SkySports Totally agree Steve, but on another note, why not show some matches between the lower clubs help them out with TV revenue coming into poorer half of the league,and no doubt get a more exciting game of football 👏 👍

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we are but took two hours, no explanation, I used over 70% of my 4G trying to search for reasons and answers to the issue. Isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m sure won’t be the last, unfortunately

    @SkyHelpTeam had a really bad experience at your #skyvip cinema showing on Sunday (along with everyone else). The cinema was completely unprepared,had to change screens after 45mins,& they got the trailers wrong, totally unsuitable for a family gilm & left my 4 yr old petrified!

    @SkyHelpTeam So as you raised the prices within the contract without a suitable term covering it, yes, it looks like I can leave. I know others have the term to allow it, but it really sucks in a fixed for so many months contract that you can change the price. At least I can leave it seems
