    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

    @SkyUK Your customer services lines are closed for training (!!!) So there is no way I can talk to anyone about my downgrading my package to save money, as the app doesn't allow me to do this. When will you be taking calls again????

    @martynziegler After unsubscribing #skysports a couple of years ago after 20 years, any chance of @SkySportsPL offering a reduced package so that we can avoid the #football matches when the unqualified @premierleague decides that there's a problem requiring #football to educate their customers?
