@SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam This is my pain. It’s been broken since Friday there is a major outage with open reach impacting many houses (400) BT have provided their customers impacted with 4G hubs. You guys say have you followed the online help which makes no sense or leave me on hold for over an hour
