@SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

The total failure @SkyUK to resolve our problem is mind numbing. “I’m sorry you can’t call us right now” then a DM on twitter to say “just hold and someone will take your call” so I’ve now called three times and been cut off every time. Time to cancel our DD!

@SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this multiple times and spoken to multiple people on your phone lines in multiple continents. Not one can get the issue fixed as you can’t send an engineer out due to everything being “fine on the system”I’m the one with the wifi and it obviously isn’t fine.

That’s not what the EPG on E2 on @SkyUK showed. You keep pushing the player which is plagued with problems. It never worked when I had it before. Please give the @WorldSBK series to another broadcaster who will actually broadcast it.
