    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

    @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
