@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

Hey @SkyUK your survey site is useless. Keeps cutting out. And the questions? Why? More focused on your marketing than the actual service provided. I made a complaint last week and had an appointment about this, which you’ve completely ignored! Your customer service is appalling!
