@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but that’s the point, let me reiterate, I go through the checks & says all is good my end, but your site shows an issue. The issue shown on your site is NOT local, it is 400 miles away. Really, something in Scotland is affecting Berkshire?

@SkyHelpTeam Loss of connection means no TV without aerial. Contended or slow connection will mean jittery poor quality connection or waiting for it to buffer.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, like I’ve already said I don’t have the account details so can’t check connection. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

@SkyHelpTeam Won’t be watching anything as sky Q box broken again (second time this month) and got to wait a week for an engineer (again like last time)- so no love island and no f1 again which I pay extra for!!

@SkyHelpTeam beginning to wonder why I pay for sky and why I pay extra for sports when I can’t watch it! Satellite signal gone AGAIN, engineer can’t come for A WEEK AGAIN and it’s F1 weekend so can’t watch it!
