    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @NathanL68388590 @SkySports Some bias yes: He made a desperate move that crashed his opponent out of the race. Could fix his car under the red flag he created. Got by on Bottas and Norris on team-/engine-suppliers-orders. Got by on a over-performing Ferarri. Disrespecting opponent he crashed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just tried using the VIP contact number for billing queries 0333 759 4652 and definitely not working as it should. Audio is chopped off and doesn’t give you an option to say where you want to go, just chucks you a technical. Not much of a VIP service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Already contacted them. They advised I ask other people in my area with same issue to contact them and ask them to log it as a local issue, but telephone operators are saying they can't do that. You all seem to be hamstrung by your own systems.
