    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, like I’ve already said I don’t have the account details so can’t check connection. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

    @indiejungle @SkySports WSL games are on the red button which even my mum can get on her TV. And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. As per the spurs keeper yesterday

Our cables were recently cut in the junction box by their engineers without our knowledge and they said it was router only when someone else visited they saw the issues.
